I am planning of upgrading from Windows Vista: Home premium 32-bit to Windows 7: Ultimate 32-bit but i dont want to lose any of my files, ive heard of a way you can update and keep all of your files without putting them onto an external hard-drive or a cloud save, i just dont understand the process or what disc(s) i will need to have to do this, is it just the normal Windows 7: ultimate disk or do i need something else?

I've got Vista installed on my Macbook Pro through Boot camp and i was wondering if I could upgrade it to windows 7. (I know boot camp doesn't allow you to install windows 7 through it yet, but maybe you can just upgrade vista while running it?)
